This exciting
development is the company’s first mixed-use project. Approvals are expected in
2009 for the first phase, which will include an office building and retail
space. Major tenants include Marks Gray, the oldest law firm in Florida; and
Elkins Constructors, one of the largest contractors in northern Florida.
Phase II, anticipated to
begin in 2010, will be a limited service hotel. Plans call for a third
phase office building, with delivery based upon pre-leasing.
One of the unique features
of the development is the inclusion of an urban park, to include an
amphitheater providing a venue for residents both within the area, as
