This 25,000 square foot office building serves as the headquarters for the ATP Tour.  The ATP is the governing body of the worldwide men's professional tennis circuit.  The organization relocated to Ponte Vedra Beach from Dallas, Texas in 1989.  Its initial development focused on training facilities and a small administrative building.   When the decision was made to provide permanent headquarters facilities, we negotiated a development services agreement, providing them with the site selection and development services required to complete a building for them.  The building began construction in May of 1993 and was turned over to the Tour for occupancy in December of 1993.  Hallmark Partners has subsequently assisted the Tour in leasing the space that was designed for future occupancy.
