This multi-tenanted project consists of two buildings, a service center facility and a distribution building. The project was designed to capture those tenants desiring office facilities, a combination of office and light storage, or the more traditional distribution space. The project is located in Argyle, a master planned community situated in southwest Jacksonville. This site was chosen due to its excellent location. It sits directly along Interstate-295, the beltway around the city of Jacksonville. |
