Jeffrey A. Conn has been
active in the real estate industry since 1972.
He is a cofounder of Hallmark Partners, formed in 1993. He is
directly responsible for all aspects of the company’s business
including development, leasing and property management.
He was first employed
for sixteen years with Alliance Mortgage Company, a Florida based,
statewide mortgage banking firm.
During his tenure, he spent the first twelve years in south
Florida, focusing on new loan originations and the subsequent
remaining four years directing the company’s commercial production
division headquartered in Jacksonville.
He is a licensed
Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.
He is a past President of the Jacksonville Chapter of NAIOP,
the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
He is also a member of the Commercial Development Task Force
and the Industrial Task Force of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.
He is a member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Real
Estate Studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
He sits on the Board of Directors of the Otis Smith Foundation,
a charitable organization that focuses on underprivileged children in
the Jacksonville area.
