This 161,200 square foot, mixed-use project is situated on approximately twelve acres. The development includes three buildings offering retail, showroom and warehousing suites for lease. The project was acquired in 1994 by a national Real Estate Investment Trust. Subsequent to its acquisition, Hallmark Partners orchestrated the design and development of a 36,400 square foot expansion. The development of this third warehouse/showroom building was completed on time and under budget in July of 1995. Completion of the additional building and high occupancy in the balance of the project has substantially increased the project's return on investment for the REIT.
