Peter D. Fraser joined
Hallmark Partners in 1999 focusing on retail and industrial leasing and
sales. In the industry since
1980, Mr. Fraser began his career with Treco Property Services where he
handled their neighborhood/community centers portfolio.
Subsequently he has worked with Bramalea Ltd. in Houston, Texas,
Rouse & Associates in St. Petersburg, Florida and the last four years
with CB Richard Ellis, where he handled 1.4 million square feet of
shopping centers in Northeast Florida.
His extensive background includes expertise in sales, leasing and
development.
Mr. Fraser has a Bachelor
of Arts degree from Ohio State University and he is a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association
of Industrial and Office Properties.
He has been a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker since 1981.
