Windsor Commons is the first grocery anchored shopping center along J. Turner Butler Boulevard, a four lane limited access road in Jacksonville, Florida.  Situated at the northeast corner of the intersection with Hodges Boulevard, this center services the residential communities in the area including Glen Kernan, Windsor Parke, and Jacksonville Golf and Country Club.  Publix Supermarkets occupies 38,000 square feet of space along with up to sixteen additional tenants.  There are four points of access to this site, one of which is a signalized intersection.  Construction began in April, 1999 and was completed ten months later.  In addition to Publix other tenants in the center include Blockbuster Video, Starbucks and General Nutrition Center.

Additionally, this property has ten outparcels, each of which have been sold for a variety of uses.  Some of those include Walgreens, Shell Oil, Wachovia Bank, Wingate Hotels, Ruby Tuesday and Burger King.

The shopping center was sold in 2001 to a real estate advisory fund.  It was 100% leased at the time of the sale.
